Position: Software Dev Engineer II

Location: Irving, TX

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

• We need engineers who can step into this environment and help us build next-generation, highly distributed systems to support businesses around the world selling on Client .
• You will join a highly technical and entrepreneurial team building applications to disrupt the B2B e-commerce segment.
• You will participate in the full development cycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance.
• You will evaluate and make decisions around the use of new or existing technologies and tools, and you'll coach and mentor junior development engineers.
• We work in an entrepreneurial environment and deliver value incrementally and frequently. We are still in the early stages of development, so you will be in on the ground floor.

Basic qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, or Java experience
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Internal Team interactions:

• Team spilt between Texas and Spain, meetings to sync with all teams during CDT time zone, working closely with HM and other SDE's

Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:

• 1. AWS cloud
• 2. Understanding distribution solutions
• 3 C++ knowledge

Disqualifies:

• No distributor solutions experience / no experience in C++ or Java

Degree/ Certification Requirements:

• 1. Client former
• 2. generator AI experience
